The start of the year has been a busy one for the boys and girls in Ms Mc Keowns third and fourth class. The children have settled in really well and have already become great friend with the new children in their class.
We have been busy getting to know each other, learning our counties, doing our first project on a county of our choice, weekly oral challenges, painting leaves, doing perspective drawings, weekly GAA coaching sessions and much much more.
We have some lovely competitions and Ella was the winner of Comortas Gaeilge for September. Maith thú Ella.
We are also really enjoying the new primary maths curriculum and developing our mathematical skills through concrete activities.
We have a very talented group of children and they are currently enjoying preparing for their upcoming talent show. Watch this space!!
