Medical Management - Short Term Injuries

As you are all aware, we are currently in the process of updating our Medical Management Policy. We have listened to feedback and have put a system in place for parents to use if and when their child is suffering from a short term injury. 
In the circumstances where your child is coming to school with new injuries including broken/sprained limbs requiring a sling, cast, the use of crutches, wheelchair or bandages which leads to a child unable to walk or move in a regular fashion for that child and you are unable to obtain a letter from a medical professional regarding the pupils return to school, we ask that parents complete the Short Term Injuries Form.
We at Tullyallen N.S hope that this procedure is beneficial to parents unable to obtain a letter from a medical professional and alleviate any additional stress. We are all working together for the best interest of the children and to ensure their safety.
