Today, we celebrated Autism Acceptance Day with enthusiasm and understanding. 🤗 Our students took part in thoughtful discussions with their class teachers about autism, learning more about what it means to be autistic and how we can all be more inclusive and accepting of everyone, no matter our differences.
The children also watched educational videos that helped them better understand autism and the importance of kindness, respect and inclusion.
Our LEAP Class students also shared stickers with everyone in school! It was a day filled with learning, empathy, and the reminder that we can all make a positive difference in the world by supporting and accepting each other. 💙
