One of our wonderful third class pupils recently made an extraordinary gesture. Having heard about the importance of hospices, chemotherapy and wigs for sick children, she then heard about the ‘Locks of Love for Laura Lynn Charity’ and didn’t hesitate to donate her own hair. She spent months growing her hair as long as possible before getting it cut.
Not only did she donate her hair, she also did fantastic fundraising for the charity.
It’s hard to believe she is only eight years old, such a wonderful little girl. Very well done, you have made everyone at Tullyallen NS very proud.
